Use Ice & Fan to Make Air Conditioner - Summer temperatures remain fairly moderate, as a rule in parts of the northern United States, and along much of the coast. Turn on fan. cold air around ice should waft toward you.


Have additional frozen bags of water or ice cubes ready to go in freezer because ice will melt quickly in heat. Put bags with melted water back in freezer and then replace them with fresh, ice-filled bags.
